Frequently Asked Questions
Do you provide service year round?
Yes! We scoop in spring, summer, fall, and EVEN WINTER! During winter, we try to schedule one-time cleanups when there is not a lot of snow on the ground to ensure your yard gets thoroughly cleaned. For recurring service, we are still able to scoop the accumulated waste with snow on the ground.
What do you do to keep my dogs safe?
Our equipment and shoes are sanitized with kennel-grade disinfectant between each yard that we scoop. This prevents the spread of germs to keep your furry friends and family safe! This is so important to us! We also will send a picture of your latched gate when we leave so that you know your dogs will not get out.
Can the dogs be in the yard while you scoop?
Although we absolutely love dogs, we kindly ask that your dogs be kept out of the yard while we're scooping. This helps ensure the safety of both your dog and our team. We want to avoid any accidental gate escapes or unexpected injuries during our visit.
With that being said, we'd love to meet your pups after/before we scoop while your are present. We always have treats on hand!
* Dog treats will never be given to your dog without your permission!
How do you dispose of the dog waste?
We dispose of the waste on-site. This is properly done by double bagging it and placing it in the customer's garbage bin. Doing so keeps the garbage bin clean from the collected waste.
Do you clean the whole yard?
Yes, just let us know which areas of the yard we need to scoop (for example: front yard, backyard, side of the house, etc.) and we will get it cleaned up for you!
Is there a contract when signing up?
Nope! Services can be started, paused, or stopped at any time. We charge a month at a time but if you start in the middle of the month, you are only charged for the services that you will receive.
Are you insured?
Yes. We are fully insured, giving our clients peace of mind knowing their property and pets are protected while we provide service.
